Has a anyone experienced noise out of the left ear cup when transparency mode is on over 0 percent?

It's persistence and only out of the left ear. It's like a self noise, black noise sloshy sound. It's driving me crazy since it's only out of one ear.

I've tried to get a hold of Sennheiser for next steps and they have not gotten back to me. I sent them a request for help and warranty claim over a week ago and had radio silence.

Things I have tried with no luck:

Disabling wind and

Disabling head prox sensor

Factory reset

Any help or escalation tips is appreciated thanks.
