From reading through this sub I get the feeling most of this is centered around Lowes employees.  While the local store has been great, I’m needing some advise on where to go/who to talk to next as customer care hasn’t gotten anything accomplished in 6 months.

New LVP flooring installed in October ’25 then countertop install in November damaged the floor.   Owner of the contracted company that did the countertops came out and agreed they would make it right and get the flooring fixed.

It is now May and I still go back and forth with customer care a few times a week.  I’ll get ‘waiting a response’ or ‘waiting a bill of materials’ or ‘waiting for an invoice’ any time I ask for an update.    I had to call the contractor that did the flooring to come out and get an estimate together, I had to call them again and get them in contact with customer care team to forward the estimate.   I pushed all that through February/March.

Last month I get an email from customer care saying the provider is wanting to send me a check for $690.   That’s barely 1/3^(rd) the estimate and wouldn’t even cover the labor.

Frustrated beyond belief with this whole situation.   But I have not been able to reach anyone beyond customer care.  Corporate phone #’s I have found/called all route me back through to customer care.

Anyone know where I should go with this?
