PhobGCC Delay?
Does anyone here actually know the delay on a phobGCC? I know it’s really low as it’s used for pro level gameplay etc but just for the sake of comparison, what is the delay like?

I landed a broken PSP 1k with a scratch along the plastic screen protector part.
It plays games via memory cards fine but not via the UMD drive.
When I press on the UMD disk button, the laser does move and flash however nothing is ever recognized after letting it scan for long periods.
I would like to do something about this.
What are some mods that take up UMD space that you find interesting?
I’ve seen some E-Badge mods and some bigger battery mods or should I just fix the UMD/get a replacement?
On a side note I would like to shell swap anyway and have shell swapped many handhelds before with exception of any PSP model.
