Recently, a post was made with invite to a new discord by unaffiliated reddit user who is an admin of that discord, where she openly stated that she is a TERF in the comments under that post. When users complained in the post, mod team attached a mod message, saying that the permission was asked and granted to post it, and that they are ok with this as the announcement itself doesn't break any rules - and they confirmed in modmail that comments (including TERF's with bigotry) are going to be removed for bigotry, or for harassment of OP, but that the recruitment into TERF's discord is not against the rules.

I do not think we should associate with TERFs in any shape or form, as they are an open danger to most if not all queer people.

As such, I wanted to ask users of the sub - and the mod team, to discuss in the comments if banning TERFs and their recruitment/rhetoric outright is something this sub would want to do. I liked it here so far and enjoy it almost as much as the parent global sub - but for me this would be a red line not to cross. Is this the same for any of you?

PS Not linking the post or OP as this would be harassment and also not really relevant here as the suggestion of change of rules is inspired but not limited to the post in quetion
