AI came for my job. How do you deal with the grief?

Since I entered college (before COVID) I wanted to work in archviz, I fell in love with the process of creating a realistic image of a project using my computer. Today I got the news that the architecture firm where I work os going to be switching to freepik instead of using Vray + Sketchup.

They didn't say that I'm fired (yet) but I'm pretty sure it's coming sooner or later.

If I actually stay with them, how do I deal with the grief of sacrificing my art for AI, something I know it's killing the planet? And how do I deal with the knowledge that my investment and studies are basically useless now?

How to I get rid of whatever is trying to make my computer sleep?

I use a windows 10 and recently I'm having trouble with something trying to put it on sleep mode. It looks like someone is controlling it, but all my research (event viewer and looking for apps that could do that) led to nothing.

Symptoms:

- Letters randomly pressed and sent

- Clicking out of tabs and/or closing them

- I can visually see it open the crtl+alt+del menu

- whatever it is, it's not controlling my mouse

- the problem seems to disappear as soon as I enter airplane mode

I ran a full windows defender scan and deleted all the trojan it found, but I'm still experiencing this problem.
