I recently went to a bra store and got fitted. I purchased a Fit Fully Yours bra (Ella) in a 36F, but after wearing it for the first time today, I was so uncomfortable. It has been a long time since I’ve worn a bra with an underwire, but every time I bent over I felt as if I was being stabbed.

I find I don’t have the greatest support/shape with wireless, but if underwire bras are going to be painful, it isn’t worth it. Do Fit Fully Yours bras typically have a very rigid underwire that could be causing this? Any advice is appreciated!

Thank you!

How have your experiences been with physio with the Alvin Buckwold program? Our 7 month old was being seen at JPCH, we tried to transition to rural physio but felt like we didn’t get much out of it, and we are now on the wait list to get into ABCDP physio in Saskatoon.
