This dress is too tight in the bust, it's somewhat constricting my breath. What's the best way of adding space in the boob? There is one long dart on each side of the bust, should I unpick them?

I know side panels are often added under the arms of a dress that's too tight, however everything I have read has suggested this would be tricky with the tshirt sleeves on this dress.

Any insight appreciated. The dress is from Japan, it's perfectly proportioned everywhere else.
