I know very little about PCs so please ELI5 or show a video if you want to help me troubleshoot. I’m about to cry I’m so frustrated 😩 this is a refurbished gift I got about two months ago and is my first PC. I only use it to play Sims, I don’t even go online with it. There’s over 1TB of space. I managed to scan the C drive for errors before it crashed again and it said no errors. I can’t make it through a Commad Prompt Scan as administrator as it freezes before I can get through it.
