yeah, let’s order 23 drinks over the phone!
lady tried to do an order over the phone which I had to be the one to tell her we don’t do that for a couple of reasons (payment, no way to weave it through all our other orders, etc.). She starts complaining that someone from the night prior told her otherwise. Anyways, we only had 2 openers today and it felt like my mental was draining fast, but my baristas whipped these out so quick <3 Happy Friday!!
also I did tell her to mobile order next time and that we are moving towards pickup timeslots… will it help? Probably not but Starbucks doesn’t care soooooo
