I purchased this factory refurbished unit almost a year ago from eBay only unpacked it couple days ago. So I’m far out of returning windows. The mop pad would not get wet at all. After google/chatgpt/reddit/ebay seller msgs I tried everything I can including buying a syringe 💉 but nothing worked. Water won’t go down even with syringe. Is there some kind of valve somewhere I missed?
Sorry if it’s a stupid question, I am new to cooking. I wonder if it’s worth to buy a replacement grill plate for almost 1/2 the price of a new air fryer.
