Is this stuff actually a substitute for motorcraft brand Mercon LV? It's way cheaper but I don't want to mess up my transmission to save a few bucks on fluid. Will this hurt the transmission?

So I got these wheels for free. Obviously the tires attached to them are absolute garbage and will be getting tossed, but I'm having trouble figuring out if this is in fact a 5x114.3 pattern wheel. Looking online people tell me that 5x115 will fit just fine so now I'm really not sure how to be 100% sure that it is 114.3 not 115. They look pretty much damn near centered on the hub.
