I signed up for the Pro trial, which was supposed to be free for two weeks, but my account was immediately changed to "pending payment" and restricted.

As shown in the screenshot, it says my transaction will be canceled on May 28th, but I can't use any features, and it's asking me to pay $20 to continue. I've already disabled my TrueMoney card to minimize the chance of unintentional charges.

I need someone from the team to resolve this or confirm my cancellation so I don't have to worry about future charges.

I signed up for the Pro trial, which was supposed to be 2 weeks free. However, my account was suddenly switched to a "Pending Payment" status and restricted immediately.

As shown in the screenshot, it says my plan will cancel on May 28, but I can't use any features and it keeps asking me to pay $20 to continue. I have already disabled my card via TrueMoney to prevent accidental charges.

I need someone from the team to fix this or confirm my cancellation so I don't have to worry about future charges.
