I signed up for the Pro trial, which was supposed to be free for two weeks, but my account was immediately changed to "pending payment" and restricted.
As shown in the screenshot, it says my transaction will be canceled on May 28th, but I can't use any features, and it's asking me to pay $20 to continue. I've already disabled my TrueMoney card to minimize the chance of unintentional charges.
I need someone from the team to resolve this or confirm my cancellation so I don't have to worry about future charges.
