I got the tracking number from the incoming mail from the informed delivery email. It’s a certified letter, and I have no idea who it’s from. It originated from Monroe, Wisconsin, which I don’t know what is there that would be sending me a certified letter. All it says is “Pitney Bowes” as the sender. Anyway, on the 30th, it says that the item was not deliverable because of no access. I was home all day, no one attempted delivery, and nothing was blocked to prevent mail. I also got regular mail that day. No action since. I made a service request and was called by the supervisor today to say he can’t find it anywhere at the office, and he can’t figure out who it’s from for me to request a resend. I don’t particularly care, because I’m not expecting anything, and as far as I can tell, aside from cheese, there’s nothing major business wise that would be sending a certified letter from Monroe. Weird? Anyone know how to figure out by a tracking number where a letter came from?
