TL;DR: The audio quality at concerts at The Palladium is ruining what would otherwise be good shows and it's a bad look following the $1.5 Million they spent on the new system.

I have been to multiple concerts at The Palladium since they have gotten their new sound system and the sound quality is just...bad. Not only is it entirely too loud, but it seems like the sounds of all of the instruments meld together into one single "noise" rather than being independent instrument voices. For being a space that touts acoustic perfection and a brand-new state-of-the-art sound system, my expectations were far from met and what would have been an incredible concert Saturday night (Snarky Puppy) was ruined. The same thing applies to Graham Nash (a while ago). Even the quieter acoustic songs (Wind on the Water comes to mind) seemed like a loud, muddy mess of noise. Palladium, PLEASE FIX THIS
