The minimum number of hours per week seems high at 20 but maybe I haven't looked enough. Never done anything like this. Mostly need someone pleasant for light tasks.

What do you actually feel standing on one? I tried to get on one at PT today and can't do it cause the front of my ankle is too locked. PT said I should feel it in my calves. I'm confused.
