Hello,

I received a notification of s57 natural justice for student visa application. I applied for my second student visa application in september 2024 as I was on my senester break so my study duration was extended…But the visa was refused and I applied for AAT merits review as I wanted to apply for subclass 485 and the appeal was successful and my visa application was sent back to dept of home affairs for reconsideration.

By the time I received the appeal outcome, I completed my course and the dept is now asking for CoE or withdraw my visa application.

I booked a consult with migration lawyer but just wanted to see if anyone has ever faced this and how to proceed in this situation.
