Screwed up the title. *Test for asbestos
Context, we were told there was no hardwood under the carpet/vinyl tiles in a space we are leasing, but there actually was.
The building we are leasing is 130+ years old, I am pretty sure the floors are original.
The tiles look like they are pretty new, and I think just a vinyl tile. The other space had a new carpet on top of it.
Do I need to test this for asbestos at all? If so, what would I be testing? Scrape off some wood?
