BD infinity loop stitching?

Is this something i should be worried about? This is a new harness and this one stitch has slowly been unraveling each time i use the harness.

Stator on my FXR is grounded. Haven’t opened it up yet to assess whats going on, but at the very least i plan on replacing the regulator along with the stator. Does anyone have an opinion on upgrading to a 3 phase charging system? Seems unnecessary for an FXR but open to opinions.
