Lagom P80 vs WPM ZP-1 for espresso but also pourover [£2000 budget]

At home I'm using a 1zpresso K-Max for espresso on my Lelit Elizabeth. It actually works well despite being marketed as pourover focused. I also have a 1zpresso ZP6 for filter coffee and I tend to alternate between espresso/filter daily.

My main reason for upgrading is workflow. Grinding two doses of espresso for me and my girlfriend is a bit of a drag. And of course I'm always looking for better consistency to dial in more easily.

I've narrowed it down to these two options, with the P80 being about £500 more expensive. I know there are other options like the Mazzer Philos and the Zerno Z1/Z2, but I don't like how those look as much, and that does play a role.

So my two main questions are:

Is there a big difference in espresso grind quality between the two that would make it worth spending the extra on the P80?

Are either of them likely to offer a pourover experience close to the ZP6? If I splash out more on the P80, but can sell my ZP6 then I think that's worth the increase in price.

I'm primarily making milk based drinks with the occasional straight espresso, so I would be sticking with stock burrs on both. I know omni burrs do come with compromise.

Thanks in advance!
