Given where I started (Norwood 3 vertex, diffuse thinning front to crown) I'd say I'm reasonably happy with results so far, I have hair on my head again lol woot.

Hoping for more density in the coming 4 months 🤞

Daily protocol:

• 2.5mg oral minoxidil
• 1mg finasteride
• Weem hair/skin/nails gummies (5,000mcg biotin)
• 12 minutes of iRestore low level laser therapy hat

Thinking about adding the Derminator 2 microneedling, focused on the crown. Anyone seen real density gains from microneedling post-HT?

Any other tweaks to the routine worth considering at this stage?

Also open to honest takes on the progress.
