Hi! I know the 'interlock' term technically doesn't exist, but I just wanted to ask if anyone knows how to do the stitch shown in this video for raw edges. I'm a complete beginner, and I know there are probably better stitches for raw edges, but I found this embroidery-looking one and I just can't get it out of my head.

The video only shows one side of the stitch, so if anyone could explain how the edge side is done and maybe how it's started, I'd really appreciate the help! Thank you.
