Afternoon all,

I have an insurance company requesting an ITEL or a Shingle Analysis report for matching and repairability.

I stumbled across NTS last week and figured now would be a good time to try them out.

Unfortunately, I have called twice and now left a message through their dashboard simply asking to verify they are still in business before I decide to remove a shingle and pay $194 for nothing.

Does anyone know if they are still operating, and if not what would be a secondary option that is not ITEL for this analysis?
