You are instantly fluent in 10 languages of your choice but you can only speak them in the most grating/annoying accent you can possibly imagine (eg speaking Mandarin in a LA valley girl accent with ++ vocal fry), there’s a 80% chance people of the language will understand stand everything you say depending on how fast you speak and some might even think you’re putting the terrible accent on on purpose to offend them.
