Can XS power batteries be jumped?

I just bought a D3400 for my car. I was reading some comments online on how these batteries will drain fast and once they’re drained, u can’t jump them. I go out of state for work often so I’ll drive to my job and leave my car parked there for up to 2-3 weeks. I don’t want to get back from work and have a useless car sitting there if I can’t even jump it. Also, I’ve heard these batteries don’t like 300a + alternators? I have a 370 already being built so if that’s a problem, I’d rather just sell the battery right now and lose some money on it and get a yellow top optima. Thoughts?

I have an 07 Cadillac dts and I’m doing my system. The factory battery is hooked up under the back seats. I know there’s many other cars out there that have their battery in the back. So my plan is to do 2 runs of 0 gauge going to the back with the original battery since I’m installing a 370a alternator. Should I fuse both ends? A fuse on each wire about 10-18” from battery and same thing on the alternator? If so, I’m planning on running about 5k total watts rms, would 175a fuses work on each wire, one near the battery and one near the alternator for each wire. Also, I plan on grounding the battery to the frame with 0 gauge as well and also running a ground from alternator to frame. How does my plan sound? I plan on adding a second battery in the very near future, so I want to set the foundation up.
