Title is the most of it tbh. Was a 2D platformer, based in distinct levels where you fight other cats. I think your "team" could have a few, many around 5, and they would be dressed up in clothes that you collect throughout every round. You can also train the cats between levels in the "hub" thing. After every level you're given a map and you can go to the training centre, the closet to change your team, or to the next level.

I assume it was a flash game because I remember playing It on computer before I started using steam, so Mid to late 2010s.

It was a very cutesy low graphics game. Not pixelated, but cartoons and cute.
