37yo. First time doing BBL and Halo laser. 7 day progress. Will my sunspots continue to fade or is this the best to expect?

I may have set my expectations too high and looking for advice of anyone who has done these lasers before. I thought my sun spots would be completely gone. They definitely faded and it’s only been 7 days, but will they get lighter? They told me 3 months for full results (or 3 weeks? I can’t remember lol) thanks!
