How has the journey of running those events been for you? If you're in an area with a small demographic, I'd especially love to hear about your experiences.

I've been running a small but mighty one for little over a year now. I'd call it successful just because everyone who shows up enjoys themselves. But I'm always curious how other people have done it and what they've learned.
