I replaced the heating element and fuses on my Maytag dryer. I used the diagram from the model to make sure I wired it correctly. The multi meter shows everything should be working correctly, but when I power the machine on and select a cycle and press start, nothing happens. Any suggestions?

I am replacing the heating element for my Maytag dryer. I didn’t take a picture of the way it was wired for reference. Does this look right? Obviously the wires in the dryer would go bottom thermal cut off and top heating element.
