So I recently got 2x 3.5ah PS batteries and they weren't properly charging on my dcb115 but did have some charge in them from out of the box, but probably very little. I tried them both on my oscillating tool as well as a standard 5ah battery, but the standard xr battery sounded like it was out putting way more power, the de was also as good as fully charged. Is the difference because of the charge level in the battery and amperage?

And could my charger be faulty? I already put in an order for a dcb1104 just to make sure.
