1 year of lifting weights . When I started i was 63 kg and at the peak i was at 75 kg . Strength levels are following:

Dumbbell press:25 kg for 10 reps .

Lat pull down: 55 for 8

T bar : 50 kg for 8 proper form

Seated machine should press : 35 kg for 6 reps

Preacher curl with 40 kg for 8 reps . Hammer curl with 17.5 kg dumbbell for 10 reps .

I do have a little anterior pelvic tilt . So help me with it too .

Now I guess i should cut down fat and reach 67-68 kg bw so that muscle can get some definition. Right now I’m having some fat around love handles

Give me some tips .
