I'm planning a short trip to Sri Lanka during May end or first week of June.

I had some questions which I wanted to get an inside opinion on

1. Is it an okay time to travel, will my plans be too hampered by rains?

2. Heard news about fuel shortage, will it affect my travels?

3. Overall a good time?
