The 2nd from the left port wasn't charging my Casio watch. I plugged it into the 1st port, and it began charging. I plugged another cable in the 2nd port and measured the voltage. 5.5 volts AC!!! I've been using this port for other devices, so I plugged in my flashlight. It's charging. Anyone know what's going on?
