Got a brand new A36. The battery life was woeful straight out of the box. Then over time (6 weeks) it started to lag baaadly.

I have been a customer of Samsung for 14 years.

I reached out to them asking them to replace this phone with one that works properly.

Zero assistance at all.

It seems sadly that the quality that I used to love has gone. The customer service has gone.

Taking recommendations for quality phones with good battery.
