Adding to the growing number of FedEx Memphis stories here.
My international package arrived in Memphis, showed “International shipment release – Import,” and then stopped moving.
They claimed it was a Customs issue, so I contacted Customs. They informed me that they wouldn’t hold the shoes and provided me with the number to FedEx Logistics. FedEx Logistics then informed me that they would investigate the matter and someone would call me back in 24 hours… crickets…
After several days, I opened a support ticket/trace.
They requested the shipper provide pictures, which they did. Day after day I called to inquire about updates and then…
FedEx has now said they cannot locate the package in Memphis and are checking another location. If they still can’t find it, it’ll be considered lost and the shipper will need to file a claim. As of May 4th, it has been declared “lost.”
