I'm looking to buy some of Calvin Kleins "Icon Cotton Stretch Low Rise Trunk", but the size guide is a little confusing. I'm worried that they will stretch out with repeated use or overly shrink when washed/dried. So I would like some help in deciding what size I should go for.

I'm around 5'9" (177 cm), 130 lbs (59 kg), and I usually wear underwear at my hip bone (31 in).

One more question, what color(s) would you recommend? (i.e., your favorite underwear color).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
