Following from my post a month or so ago about getting our panels installed, we still don't have a working Smart Meter and so not getting any money for the electric we are not using.

We've had the panels approx 2 months. The great weather we are having is making it more frustrating, is there anything we can do? Octopus have said they will send an engineer, but they have been saying that for 4+ weeks and no signs this will happen soon.

The smart meter stopped working around summer last year and we have had to do manual adjustments for our bills, but only reported it after the panels went up.

Yeah we are getting free electric, but losing daily on being able to export, especially with the amount of panels we have.
