Trouser styles over the years, who wore it better? If I was to pick, it would be late 70s not above the boots and not yet skin tight or late 90s early 00s almost full length with a touch of sock turn up or no turns ups.

It seems like the cycle has re entered the comical phases of 10 holes high and slim fit with turn ups always if the online trends are widely representative.

Being a details pest, I reckon I can confidently pick the year give or take one based on the trouser cut/height.
