How To Fix Thin, Stringy Bangs/Fringe?

I have medium length straight fine hair, and I'm trying to go for a fringe hairstyle. The issue is, it seems that no matter what I do, my bangs/fringe are stringy and thin, as in, they clump together into various strands all the way across my forehead, leaving separation in between each strand. I want them to come together to appear thicker, so that you can't see my forehead. Aside from having straight fine hair, I assume it could have something to do with my high hairline and corners. My usual routine is to use a thickening volume shampoo, no conditioner (because it seems to weigh down my hair), apply sea salt spray and mousse, then blow it, sometimes with a diffuser, sometimes with a nozzle, and style it with a texture powder. Regardless, it always ends up looking this way, and I'm tired of it. Is there anything I can possibly do to fix this?

Looking for suggestions of movies and games where it rains a lot. Obviously, I know and love Blade Runner, but any other films? Rainy game suggestions are appreciated too.

I've always enjoyed cooking at home, and watching cook shows, so it seems like a natural fit. However, I know restaurant kitchens can be really fast paced and chaotic, which doesn't click with me as an introvert with social anxiety. Still, I'd like to do something food related, and hopefully make some decent money doing it. Any suggestions are appreciated!
