Very itchy red bumps on my face. Is it acne? What should I do for them?

I recently started getting these unbearably itchy, red bumps on my cheeks and neck. I’ve been dealing with this for the past month and I tried double cleansing, it hasn’t improved it - might be my products… I also haven’t changed my moisturizer. I don’t know what is causing this. Could it be from my pets, bed sheets, or pillows?..What exactly is this and what products should get to try and help with this?
I’m not sure if it is able to be seen clearly as my camera wouldn’t really pick it up.
