I am a 27 year old male, highly active. I started using FF about a year ago because it helped at work and also before working out (stupid right). It’s been up and down with the most I’ve taken in a day is 7 but not for very long maybe a day. I had it down to 2-2.5 for months and in January I went on a trip and by the time I got back I had only done 1 on the way home. After that I went back to 2.5 a day until about a month and a half ago I went through a break up and got up to 5 a day. I still work out frequently and have an active job. I cannot save any money obviously from this and trying to quit before the night restlessness was bad and anxiety too. I am at 4 a day for the last week. I take L-Theanine, GABA, and creatine daily along with Vitamin D and K. Can someone please help with a guide to get off this poison? I can’t really miss work and the biggest temptations are in the morning to wake up and before I work out. I really want more than anything to just write up a plan and stick to it and coast through this. I know there will be pain and ache through this but I’m so ready. I just want to see if anyone has a plan they used maybe between supplements and tapering with leaf Kratom that will make this smoother. I eat very healthy too.
