I have some problem in me.
It rained for 30 mins today and at that time I couldn't study.
But after rain ended, I didn't start studying.
Could've easily studied 8.5+ hrs.
Wasted so much time watching utube.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to break this thought process?
This happens a lot and I waste so much time.
This must not continue anymore
