So I’ve put some rice in a corner to check if the robot would extend ist Brush arm to get the rice out of the corner. It failed. I checked online if all the settings required are active/unactive still the same results. Also rebooting the robot made no difference. So while I wait for the customer support I thought I ask the community for a quick fix and if I missed something.

So my Z60 runs completely fine and silent while operating. Every turn or normal vacuuming/mopping is also silent.

Only when it’s driving fast is does this rattling noises. It’s most noticeable when it’s driving to it’s mopping spot or when returning. Is this normal ? Does anyone got the same noise ?

For context, the Z60 is brand new and barley 48 hours out the package.
