Hi,
We recently switched to ATT almost a month ago and within the same week of receiving our new phones, we drove to an ATT corporate store to drop off our trade-ins as per the recommendation of this sub to avoid any shipping hassles.
However our online portal has been stuck on "Trade-in dropped off" for about 3 weeks now, and I'm really hoping it doesn't affect the monthly bill credits in any way.
