Found him on my arm an hour ago, bright red abdomen like its full of blood. DARK head though, not clear like a normal nymph.

I recently left my last apartment that 1000% had these little bastards in my room everywhere. I’m definitely familiar with them.
I bought a heat treatment tent, doing 2 hour cycles for my items, and brought all clothes to laundromat for high heat drying sessions. As soon as a batch of items was treated, it left the apartment.
I’ve been in my new place for about 3 weeks. No sign of them following me, until today.
I feel I know the answer, but please tell me if this is what I really think it is.
