might be more of a vent than anything else but if anyone has any tips on balancing a demanding work/school schedule with their gym life then please im all ears

recently got the dream job, power line technician ibew 2034 workin for mb hydro as a plt level a. they train the best linemen in canada and arguably in north america, its a huge opportunity and im stoked for it. here's the catch, we finish at 430 and as a trainee i have hours of homework every night, my gym starts classes at 530 most days, 6 latest, and the job is very physical so after climbing for hours on end i dont have as much energy as id like.

i love muay thai, its been the primary stabilizing force in my life for the past three years and i was just starting to get good enough to feel comfortable competing. i had a pretty solid schedule, wasnt as routine as id like as i did sheet metal before and did have to travel some for work, but most weeks it was 3-4 classes plus sparring. now im looking at maybe one class and one sparring sesh a week, and thats assuming i can make it back into the city for the class :(

im essentially working full time as a student, and when i get onto jobsites in a few weeks ill probably get sent out east so training at my gym will just not be an option period. id love to compete, its been my goal since getting into muay thai, but im worried it wont be possible anymore.

does anyone else have a job that requires lots of travel and still find ways to keep up with their training? if so id love to hear it, if not i guess just needed to vent. dont wanna lose muay thai but looks like i might have to make a hard decision within the next month or so :/

im a skinny guy with expected proportions for that body type (8" and thick). ik the stereotype about skinny guys, ive heard it a thousand times

im curious if there are any skinny guys with small wieners on here? how about chubby/big guys who are hung? has that juxtaposition ever caused problems in the bedroom or does it make things easier? just curious as to how much body type actually plays into it, or if it is all just stereotypes 🤷‍♂️
