This is such a vulnerable post. But I searched long and hard for before/after photos of real people and had a hard time finding a lot of real accounts when I first began this process. So I'm posting this for all the girls sitting tearfully on the edge of the tub after a shower watching their hair go down the drain, finally ready to admit there is a problem and not knowing what to do about it.

The black shirt photo was taken November 2025. Miserable. In tears, devastated. Hats constantly. I started with the Hers gummies. The striped photo is this week (approx. 6 months later).

Your hair WILL fall out for the first 3 months. This sounds like an MLM Monat bish trying to make a dime but I promise this is science, you can research it, your hair follicles are all getting on the same page.

Don't stop taking it!!! It'll be scary and you'll feel worse than you started. But like a phoenix from the ashes...with patience...here comes your hair. This has roughly an 80% success rate and I suspect a lot of that 20% just had thin hair to start and didn't understand the product.

This only works if you're losing hair. If your hair is simply thin, this isn't for you. It's not magic, it won't grow new hair- it just regrows hair follicles that have retired prematurely.

Didn't experience too much of the extra body hair, if any at all. I'm a little more vigilant about my eyebrows but even then, it's unnoticeable.

Switched to having my rheumatologist prescribe- it's a 2.5mg tablet so a little heftier than the Hers gummies. It's also wildly, wildly cheaper.

Please feel free to ask any questions. This is such a demoralizing journey but there is light, there are options!! Be brave, admit something is going on, and explore your options.

You got this!!

Selfie first because yall I have bangs but I didn't even cut them. It's just new growth.

Finally admitted to myself my hair was falling out. I have an autoimmune disorder and basically everything doesn't work right. Almost gave up as my hair started shedding, it was sooo scary. But I stuck with it and I'm so glad I did.

Pic 1 is 30 days ago. Pic 2 I had dark hair in November 2025 and it was really in bad shape. Pic 3 is tonight. I am SO much more confident and comfortable in my skin. ❤️❤️❤️ I hope this works for others too.
