I purchased a Polar Lite in early March. It showed up in early April. I've yet to have a functioning machine. First I had a water pump issue. Lots of back and forth with support, they did send me a replacement pump (which turns out wasn't needed), and getting instructions on how to replace required several emails with short, generally unhelpful responses. Long story short, I got the pump replaced and the red LED resolved (turns out, the pump just wasn't connected to power properly).
Now, the air assist doesn't work. Support's response was, "hook up an external air assist". Fine. I ask for instructions on connecting an external air assist, the response, "remove the old one and hook up the new one". There's no maintenance manual, am I expected to wing it and tear down a brand new machine, hoping I can get it all back together right to replace the air pump? Come on...
I'm pretty frustrated. I was excited about this thing, but now I'm considering returning it and going back to my K-40.
[edit] - looks like I've been communicating with customer support rather than technical support. I emailed tech support and am going to give them a call during their business hours.
