I have the Q10 S5 plus and I’ve already had to send it off for a warranty repair a few months ago because the wheels were messing up. At that time I mentioned in my email that the mapping was starting to mess up, but they never addressed that.

Here recently the mapping has gotten worse. It’s remapping almost every day, Even though I have map saving mode on. It also won’t let me divide certain rooms that it would previously let me divide or make no go zones, they just won’t save.

Every day it’s getting lost going back to the base at one point or another, even though I’ve cleaned the sensors.

Any ideas or troubleshooting advice?
