Have a suspicion there may be a metabolic link related to methylation and glutamate/cystien levels. Hoping Pinealon will reset the systems.

I would highly recommend anyone dealing with dp/dr going down a rabbit hole on how to deal with high glutamate and cystiene levels

***Start with TMG, P5P (bioavailabe form of B6), and Magnesium Glycinate. These act as a cleaning crew for excess glutamate and cystiene.***

I would also recommend a genetics test to make sure you dont have the MTFHR or COMT genese which mess with methylation

Your not broken your just misfiring.
