I recently started creating Instagram reels, and I noticed that the videos I record on my iPhone 15 Plus look great on my phone. But once I upload them to Instagram, they become slightly blurry, and I don’t know why.

I’ve watched several YouTube videos about the correct camera settings and export settings to maintain video quality, but my reels still don’t look as sharp as I expected.

Can someone help me figure out how to fix this issue? I want my reels to look clean and high quality. I’m already using proper lighting and a microphone while recording my videos.
